Delivery

Delivery: Although BuyBits and the couriers we use endeavor to deliver within the times specified, we are unable to guarantee any deliveries and no compensation will be offered for late or missed deliveries.

• Although we do aim to dispatch all orders received and cleared by BuyBits by 4.00pm.
  Note: Orders received after this time may not be dispatched that day.
• A signature will be required for ALL Express deliveries and most standard Royal Mail options. Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the delivery at the chosen delivery address.
• The 24hr service offered for NEXT WORKING DAY only. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for a Tuesday delivery (Orders received over a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched next working day using your chosen service.)

Your chosen delivery option may be selected after you have entered your payment details. The options are as follows.

• Free Standard UK Delivery - Sent using Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive within 3-4 working days but may take up to 14 working days. Please remember that although we offer Free Delivery we do subsidise your delivery fees on these items, if you wish to return these items we reserve the right to refund less than the original purchase price.
• Recorded Delivery - £1.99 - Sent using Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive within 3-4 working days but may take up to 14 working days.
• 48hr Priority Service - £4.99 using DHL Couriers. Available Monday-Friday. Orders should be delivered within 48 hrs of being accepted. Note: Orders to residential addresses will be delivered between 8am & 9pm Mon- Fri and orders to business addresses will be delivered between normal working hours Mon-Fri.
• Next Day / 24hr Service - £6.99 (available Mon-Fri). Orders should arrive the next working day. Note: Orders to residential addresses will be delivered between 8am & 9pm Mon-Fri & orders to business addresses will be delivered between normal working hours.
• Royal Mail Special Pre 1pm - £9.99 - Sent using Royal Mail, delivered next WORKING day by 1pm Mon-Fri only.
• Royal Mail Special Pre 1pm (SATURDAY ONLY) - £12.60 - Sent using Royal Mail, delivered 1pm Saturday only.
• Northern Ireland EXPRESS 24 hrs Service - £12.99 Orders should be received within 24 hrs of order being accepted. Orders to residential addresses can be delivered between 8am & 9pm Mon- Fri. Orders to business addresses will be delivered between normal working hours Mon-Fri.
• INTERNATIONAL - Europe & World (outside the UK) - £8.99 Sent by Royal Mail using the International Signed for service.
