Important: ALL returns must be returned to the Head Office address
and not to the Trade Counter.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Buybits. Using
this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Placing an order
indicates your acceptance and the terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
Product specifications, images and other information published on our website have
either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists,
or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Buybits is that all
information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Buybits
cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within
its pages. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the
individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site
are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We will
supply the product as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
Prices & Pricing Errors
If a pricing change or error has occurred we will notify you of these changes. In
all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to
cancel the order.
Money back guarantee
Up to 7 days after receiving your order a full refund is available excluding the
carriage charge. This money back guarantee only applies if the goods are returned
fully boxed and undamaged including packaging and instructions etc.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron as forms of payment. You may
also pay by postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has
been cleared which can take at least 14 days. Your order will only be processed
once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we
do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will
refund any money already paid for them.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. We deliver to any where
in the World so just pick your Country at the checkout and the carriage is worked
out for you. Delivery to Countries outside the UK normally take 7-8 working days
from the receipt of the order.
Delivery Times
Most stock items are delivered within 1-7 working days from clearance of payment.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. Any dates we specify
for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for
any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery
of the goods. Next day delivery is next working day & are not guaranteed,although
99% of our deliveries are delivered on time. If Buybits or our suppliers are temporarily
out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14
days for dispatch of the goods. Please note: We DO NOT consider an item as lost
until 21 days have passed.
Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers
guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults
caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. We do not except responsibility for any
faults, damage or problems to products not supplied by ourselves.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery under
our money back guarantee. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel
within 7 working days from delivery. After notification you may return the goods
with a copy of the receipt within the following 7 days.
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and
accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened
the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box
and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation.
We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
Please note:
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns
cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid
for up to 7 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will
be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Refunds:
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions
being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by
our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging
including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the
full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging
but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less
delivery charges and cost of accessories.
- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these
back under the above terms and the goods may be returned back to you and the cost
of delivery charged to your account or a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Please note: Any postage costs incurred will not be refunded.
